Lachlan - 12 Weeks
“We loved working with Beth to improve our little ones sleep.
I was feeding every 3 hours with cat naps and a very unsettled little boy in between, struggling to get Lachlan asleep in his bassinet. I was rocking him for 30mins+ to get him to sleep only for him to wake as soon as I tried transferring him. Since working with Beth we have an amazing routine which he is thriving off, he settles himself most of the time with very minimal rocking and stays asleep. We have not had a contact nap in 3 weeks!

“When we first started I literally said to Beth ‘I feel sorry for you’ because I genuinely didn't believe there was ANYTHING that could fix my babies sleep habits. From day one, she went from waking hourly (this had been going on for over 5 months) to sleeping a 4 hour stint and only waking 3 times that night. Being consistent and following everything Beth said really made this a quick and easy time for us, I was absolutely shook and so beyond thankful for her help. I'm now telling everyone about her and recommending 'sleep training' to so many people. It used to feel so daunting and I think once I actually did it and understood the methods behind it all, I realised that it wasn't so scary or hard, I wasn't being an 'unresponsive parent' I was encouraging my baby to sleep better, giving her the tools so she could have a full nights rest, and we have all come out the other side better for it! “

“Beth has been an amazing help for our family, I was having trouble with a schedule around our 4 year old and kids sharing a room in a small house. I was breastfeeding 2-3+ times a night and within literally one night I haven't breastfed or had to go in to resettle, amazing results. Our boy has been able to mostly extend out his lunch nap instead of waking early and being breastfed back to sleep.
